Tire.ae's responsibility is for the safe delivery of the goods to the address provided by you and to deliver the tyres you have ordered in good condition.
Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods passes to the customer on completion of delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of tyres or goods if you provide incorrect delivery address or contact information – please double check your order.
If necessary, we can track goods to your chosen delivery address and provide proof delivery.
Delivery is available within UAE only. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes or Rural Delivery addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and accurate delivery address. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in a good condition, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to goods that were delivered to an incorrectly supplied address, please double check details. Delivery times are within two working days for Sharjah and Dubai and within three days for the rest of UAE from when the order is placed with the distributor. Your order will be placed with the distributor on the first working day that cleared funds are received from you. Delivery times are nearly always achieved however circumstances may occur when it takes longer than usual and this is beyond our control. Tire.ae shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of products for any cause beyond our control.
